Schletter PV-MaxS Kit

This is a modular system for mounting large PV arrays in open areas.  Made with high quality components, it allows easy to erect economical systems with long lifetimes. Ideal for small to medium sized PV plants where the cost of pile-driven supports is prohibitive or not possible.

Designed to maximise wind & snow loading whilst keeping costs to a minimum a complete structural analysis and design for the mounting system is provided upon receipt of details of installation site & location.

Usually concrete strip foundations are used that can consist either of pre-cast concrete blocks or can be made on site.   Other foundations are possible such as piles or screw in foundations depending upon ground conditions.

These PvMax ground-mount kits are suitable for mounting to concrete strip foundations.

The PvMaxS Kit is designed for mounting 22 x 60 or 72 cell modules in portrait (2 rows with 11 modules each). It has 4 supports and four horizontal rails.

Designed for either:

• 22x 60-cell modules with maximum dimensions of up to 1700 x 1150 mm
• 22x 72 cell modules with maximum dimensions of up to 2400 x 1150 mm

Designed for the following maximum admissible loads:

• Wind load vref 28.0 m/s
• Snow load sk 1.79 kN/m²

Kits excludes:

• modules
• module clamps which must be ordered separately to suit the height of the module frames; (8 end-clamps & 40 mid-clamps required)
• cable fastening;
• concrete foundation blocks;
• anchor bolts (32 required)

Prices exclude delivery costs - a forklift and access for delivery truck are required.
